1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Token Packs and the costs associated with AI processing, generally, all sales are final.
2. Eligible Refunds
We will issue a refund in the following specific cases:
- System Failure: If you purchased tokens but they were not credited to your account due to a technical error.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Used tokens (e.g., you generated images but didn't like the artistic result).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Unused tokens remaining in your account (unless discontinuing service).
4. How to Request
To request a refund, please contact support@perfectionstudio.ai with your Transaction ID within 7 days of purchase.
